Spice Mix for Fish

The Fish Spice Mix is ideal for grilled fish, in the oven or on the grill, to be served with lemon and olive oil or cooked in stews and soups recipes (such as Bouillabaisse).
For large fish it is advisable to marinate them prior cooking. Add the spice mix to a little olive oil and massage the fish surface. Leave it for 2 hours to marinade before cooking. If you score the fish, make sure the mixture is applied into the slots for even more delicious flavor. For small fish that do not need a marinade, sprinkle the spice on their surface, and grill them directly.
